開放式冷水機安裝
冷水機安裝前請選擇地基平穩，四周空曠暢通及避免腐蝕污染之場所，根據冰水機組制冷量選用匹配的冷卻塔，冰水機管路配管，請根據機身喉尺寸進行安裝，切勿將冷卻水管尺寸縮小，這樣會引起高壓過載，影響制冷效果及增加耗電量。 
注：電源、負載及接地部分，請依照相關法規施工。

操作方法：
   **運轉必須先檢查下列事項是否正確：
電源、電壓及相數是否符合型號規格，請對照銘牌所示。（注：3HP以上冰水機電源是否采用三相四線電壓380-415V，50HZ電源相位線分別為R.S.T.中性線（零線）N，接地導線為E。
冰水喉及冷卻循環水喉是否接通管路，并保持閥門打開（請參考安裝圖）。
先行將冰水箱加滿后方可啟動水泵。
請留意水泵運行方向是否逆轉（如水泵是三相），如逆轉須將電源相位線中任意二相對換，接妥后再把開關板上。

  

開放式冷水機和封閉式冷水機有什么區別？

         1、名詞定義：開放式冷水機和水冷箱式冷水機（封閉式）同屬于水冷式冷水機系列。開放式冷水機主要由壓縮機、蒸發器、冷凝器、電控系統、冷凍配件組件，水冷箱式冷水機則由壓縮機、蒸發器、冷凝器、水泵、水箱、電控系統、冷凍配件組成，因此可以看出來，兩者之間的不同之處在于水冷箱式冷水機可以內置水泵及水箱，反之則稱為開放式冷水機。 

    2、安裝配置：冷水機主要是為了給產品或設備提供冷凍水以達到制冷的目的。這兩種冷水機都需要配用冷卻水塔進行散熱，但因為水冷箱式冷水機內置有水箱及水泵，因此安裝的時候，用戶只需要將冷水機組與冷卻水塔連接起來，接通自來水即可投入使用。而開放式冷水機除了配用冷卻水塔，還需要增加水泵及雙層不銹鋼保溫水箱方能使用。 

    3、優點分析：水冷箱式冷水機內置不銹鋼水箱及管道水泵，外形美觀大方，配置完善，主要構件均由鋼體外殼保護，可安放于生產車間內，安裝簡單，使用/維護方便。開放式冷水機不自帶水箱及水泵，可根據需要外接水泵及水箱，優點是水箱的容積及水泵揚程不受限制，能更好地滿足不同的工業設備配套需要。

操作順序：
開機：按<PUMP>鍵啟動機器;。
按<SET>鍵設定所需溫度;
開啟壓縮機1,壓縮機2→延時→自動運行;
關機:按<STOP>鍵停止運行.

操作時應注意的事項：
冰水泵不可在水箱內無水運行（7.5HP以上冰水機，水箱水位太低時，水泵會自動停止運行，低水位指示燈會亮起及有警號）
操作開關請盡量避免連續切換。
水溫達到設定溫度時，壓縮機會自動停止運行，此屬正常現象。
溫度開關應避免設定在5℃以下，防止蒸發器結冰。
為確保制冷效果，保持*佳狀態，請定期清洗冷凝器及蒸發器。
附注一
當冷凝器散熱**時，壓縮機效率低，運轉電流提高，當高壓升至每300PCI/cm3，壓縮機受高壓開關保持跳脫，壓縮機停止運轉，散熱**高壓過載指示燈亮，此時請檢視冷卻塔循環水是否正常，冷卻水溫是否過高，冷卻塔風扇水泵是否運轉，冷卻

水閥門是否完全打開，以上正常后再按復位開關（REST）即可正常運轉，如經常出現高壓過載情況，請盡快安排清洗冷凝器。
附注二
冷媒不足處理方法：
當水溫5℃以上時，低壓表顯示低于30psl/cm2時，即表示冷媒不足，一般我們必須先將漏冷媒的地方，進行補漏或處理，再更換干燥劑，重新真空處理，充灌適當冷媒。
當您發現漏冷媒部分浸于水中，請即停止冰水機運行，速將水箱內水排除掉，盡快通知公司派員處理維修，以免水進壓縮機系統造成更嚴重損壞。

附注三
高低壓是否正常
壓縮機正常運行時高壓表顯示160-230psl/cm2為*佳，但不得高于280psl/cm2，當高壓高于280psl/cm2時，高壓開關跳脫請依附注一處理，低壓以40-65psl/cm2為*佳，但不得低于30psl/cm2，低壓跳脫請依附注二處理。
     當壓縮機運行時高壓和低壓兩者差壓極少或相等時，即表示壓縮機本身閥片破損或斷裂，請即停止運轉并通知公司派人處理，請注意以上狀況是壓縮機正常運轉時，如沒

附注四
    當壓縮機因某種原因發生故障時，此時水泵如繼續運行，可能造成水溫急速升高，而當水溫超過70℃時，機內水管及泵浦軸對極可能造成損壞漏水。

附注五
    當故障指示燈及保護開關全部正常時，壓縮機不能啟動，請檢查：
溫度開關是否調太高或損壞
切換開關是否損壞
防凍開關損壞
低壓開關跳脫或損壞
壓縮機過載保護器損壞或跳脫
電磁繼電器線圈損壞及過載保護器損壞
如機型是屬無水箱型，請查冰水水流量開關是否損壞，以上控制開關或線路有故障即壓縮機就不能運行

六、按鍵指示燈
＃COMPI：壓機1 控制指示燈，燈亮允許啟動否則不允許啟動，由“COMP1”按鍵控制。

RESET：有故障時的指示燈（閃爍顯示），無故障時按下”RESET”可關閉。

Second, Operating procedure:

   The revolution must inspect following item first for the first time to be whether correct:

1. The power source, the voltage and count whether to conform to the model specification, please compare the data plate to show. (note: whether the 3HP above ice water mechanical and electrical source does use the three-phase four line voltage 380-415V,50HZ power source phase line respectively is the R.S.T. neutral axis (zero curve) N, the earth lead is E.

2. Ices the hose and the refrigeration cycle hose whether to put through the pipeline, and maintains the valve opens (please do refer to installation diagram).

3. Will ice after in advance the water tank tops up, only then starts the water pump.

4. Please pay attention the water pump movement direction whether reverses (for example water pump is three-phase), if reverses must the power source phase line in the random two phase exchange, after meeting proper, again keyboard on.                     

Third, Operation sequence:

1. Starting: The pressed key starts the machine; .

2. The pressed key hypothesis needs the temperature;

3. Opens the compressor 1, compressor 2→ time delay -> automatic movement;

4. Close-down: The pressed key stops the movement.

Fourth, When operation should pay attention item:

1. Ices the water pump not to be possible when the water tank the anhydrous movement (above 7.5HP ice hydraulic engine, water tank water level is too low, water pump automatic stopping movement, low water level will instruct that lantern festival shines and has alarm signal)

2. The console switch please as far as possible avoid cutting continuously.
